Nemo Submarine

A boat trip takes you to the Isla Del Sech where you board the Nemo, mini submarine for a fifty minute dive to 30 meters. Undersea action visible from one meter wide portholes including wreaks and fish feeding show by scuba-divers. Free pick ups from most resorts.


Caves of Drach

These caves are high on the must-see list of every traveller to Mallorca. The hour-long tour begins with a walk along 700m of underground paths, with stalactites and stalagmites all around you. The climax is a magical concert on Lake Martel, Europe's largest underground lake.

If you want to avoid the crowds, these caverns make a good alternative.

The name of the caves mean 'Fish Hooks' and you can see why in the chamber known as Dream of a Angel, where thousands of fish-hook stalactites hang from the ceiling. The guided tour does include a brief concert on the Sea of Venice.

La Reserva - Parc Natural

This nature reserve and outdoor activity centre is well worth a visit with its many trails and activities including horse riding, rock climbing and adventure trail with rope bridges and zip slides. Daily Birds of Prey flying displays.

Golf Fantasia - Palma Nova

Perhaps the best mini golf complex on the island, Golf Fantasia is a cleverly landscaped complex of three 18-hole courses set around waterfalls, caves and tropical gardens. Open all year.

The Soller Train

Ride the vintage train from Palma to Soller through fruit tree plantations, then hop on a tram to Port de Soller for an afternoon boat trip or relax on the beach. The Soller train from Palma and back is a great day out for all the family..
